Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and technically experienced leader to oversee our Phase II department. This role combines leadership, project oversight, and regulatory expertise to drive successful site investigations and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead department operations, staff development, and budgeting
  • Guide strategic growth and service delivery
  • Oversee project proposals, client coordination, and regulatory reporting
  • Review and approve technical documents and remediation plans
  • Manage schedules, costs, and subcontractor relationships
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends
  • Represent the team at professional events and engagements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Geologist (RG/PG) or Engineer (PE) with experience in Missouri and Illinois
  • 10+ years of field and regulatory consulting experience
  • Deep knowledge of USEPA, TACO, and MRBCA programs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Willingness to travel (5-20%) and adapt to flexible schedules

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $125,000-$150,000 (based on experience)
