About the Opportunity
As our Principal Agriculture Advisor, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of regenerative agriculture and carbon farming projects across diverse landscapes.
- Provide expert agronomic and ecological advice to landholders, helping them transition to sustainable land management practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (science, carbon, operations) to ensure projects are technically sound and aligned with our client's mission.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, graziers, and stakeholders across the agricultural sector.
- Represent the client positively at industry events, forums, and in the media as a thought leader in regenerative agriculture.
What would the ideal person be?
You're a passionate and experienced agricultural professional who brings:
- A deep understanding of Australian agricultural systems, particularly grazing and mixed farming.
- Proven experience in regenerative agriculture, carbon farming, or sustainable land management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with landholders and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines.
- Relevant qualifications in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field.
