🔍 About the Role:
As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a dual role: leading complex environmental remediation projects while actively developing and nurturing client relationships. You'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in the Southwest, delivering innovative solutions to environmental challenges, and mentoring junior staff.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage environmental remediation projects from concept through completion.
- Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities with public and private sector clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through trust, technical expertise, and responsiveness.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) in Arizona (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on remediation.

- Deep knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and state-specific environmental regulations.
