About the Opportunity
You'll be joining a small, agile firm known for its thoughtful engineering, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to quality. The current owner is planning a gradual transition and is looking for the right person to carry the firm forward-someone who can lead projects today and lead the company tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Manage client relationships and project delivery.
  • Participate in business development and strategic planning.
  • Gradually assume operational and leadership responsibilities with the goal of full ownership.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • PE license (required); SE license (preferred).
  • Strong technical expertise across a range of building types and materials.
  • Proven project management and team leadership skills.
  • Business acumen and a desire to grow into a firm ownership role.
  • Experience with or interest in business development and client engagement.
