Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery.
- Participate in business development and strategic planning.
- Gradually assume operational and leadership responsibilities with the goal of full ownership.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
- PE license (required); SE license (preferred).
- Strong technical expertise across a range of building types and materials.
- Proven project management and team leadership skills.
- Business acumen and a desire to grow into a firm ownership role.
- Experience with or interest in business development and client engagement.
