We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of K-12 education projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and documentation for K-12 projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and technical accuracy.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and construction administration.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
- Stay current with trends in educational design, sustainability, and building technologies.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Licensed Architect (or on path to licensure).
- 5+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 or institutional projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D modeling/rendering tools a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for educational design and a deep understanding of how architecture can support learning outcomes.
