We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of K-12 education projects from concept through construction. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning environments while working with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and educational planners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and documentation for K-12 projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and technical accuracy.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and construction administration.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Stay current with trends in educational design, sustainability, and building technologies.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Licensed Architect (or on path to licensure).
  • 5+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 or institutional projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D modeling/rendering tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for educational design and a deep understanding of how architecture can support learning outcomes.
