About the Role
Currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join their Project Delivery team as an Associate. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and agile organization, contributing to the successful delivery of renewable energy projects.


What You'll Do

  • Manage projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation.
  • Oversee construction activities in collaboration with internal teams and third-party technical and field support.
  • Balance and prioritize competing priorities, delegate effectively, and resolve technical, legal, and commercial matters as they arise.
  • Coordinate with external consultants (environmental, civil, electrical engineering) and stakeholders including landowners, permitting authorities, financing parties, and utilities.
  • Lead ongoing alignment among internal teams such as Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in a technical field and at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in the power or renewable energy industry, with exposure to solar project development, construction, or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel moderately for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with (or interest in) contract negotiation and management (PPA, GIA, EPC, equipment supply) is preferred.
