The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our North Carolina operations. You'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of geotechnical construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead site teams and mentor junior staff
- Support business development and estimating efforts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of deep foundations and ground improvement techniques
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PE license preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
