Project Manager
Role Overview:
This position involves full-cycle oversight of multiple ongoing projects, requiring strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills. The individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality across various phases of execution. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Simultaneously overseeing several active projects, managing deliverables at every stage-from planning through completion-while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
Serving as the primary point of contact for external partners, including clients and suppliers, to maintain strong working relationships.
Handling supply chain functions, including procurement, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and inventory oversight.
Assigning responsibilities to vendors and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
Contributing to team-wide process improvements and initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational excellence.
Supporting general operations and participating in additional tasks as needed.
This role will act as a bridge between departments, coordinating daily efforts across engineering, field teams, design staff, and commercial functions. The individual will own project execution from initial proposal development through to system commissioning and closeout.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., mechanical, civil, environmental).
2-5+ years of experience in project management, construction oversight, or related technical coordination roles.
Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes within a technical or construction-focused environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively organize, present, and lead cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of water or wastewater treatment systems, or mechanical process equipment, is a plus.
Proficient with productivity software such as Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is a plus.
Comfortable interpreting technical documents and collaborating on technical solutions.
Experience managing project data and documentation with attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate complex situations and provide practical, creative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and reduce costs.
