Role Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of customer projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating internal resources, managing timelines and budgets, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, technical insight, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning efforts, define scope, and assign tasks to team members.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with key milestones.
Monitor project progress and financials using ERP and project management tools.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, or changes.
1 .Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Offer technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Report project status and performance metrics to leadership.
Uphold safety standards and company policies.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, PMP certification, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years in project management or a related role.
Experience managing external client relationships.
Proficiency with ERP systems and project management software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of project management experience.
Familiarity with technical documentation such as P&IDs, GA drawings, and schematics.
Background in industrial water treatment or similar technical fields.
Experience in custom engineering and manufacturing environments.
Exposure to working with EPC firms.
