A leading building services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex mechanical and HVAC projects in the Charlotte region. This position involves managing service, installation, and controls‑related work that supports safe, efficient, and reliable building operations across commercial, industrial, institutional, and government environments.

This role supports a mechanical services organization that delivers HVAC maintenance, mechanical system upgrades, and integrated building control solutions-including HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical and HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Coordinate service technicians, subcontractors, and project partners across maintenance, installation, and building controls initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement, materials management, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with mechanical, HVAC, and controls requirements.
- Provide clear direction to field teams and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational, technical, and scheduling challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout records.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of mechanical or HVAC project management experience, ideally including service and systems integration projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building controls (such as integrated HVAC, lighting, and energy management technologies).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
