Project Scheduler- Industrial Construction Exp.
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in Orange County, CA. This is a key position within a global design-build organization, responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for large-scale industrial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
- Coordinate with project teams to gather progress updates and adjust timelines accordingly.
- Analyze schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies to maintain project delivery targets.
- Prepare and present schedule reports to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in scheduling large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of design-build processes and industrial construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
