We are seeking a Director-level professional with expertise in engineering, science, or planning to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across California. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving business development, fostering collaboration, and delivering innovative solutions that address environmental challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering, environmental studies, life sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
- Technical expertise in stormwater engineering, surface water quality, aquatic restoration, or environmental planning.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market conditions in the western U.S.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a commitment to client service and team collaboration.
