Location: Must reside within the territory (California or Texas)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Western U.S. territory. This role serves as the primary customer interface for commercial activities, including acquiring new distributors, OEMs, and integrators, supporting existing partners, and developing new markets and applications. The position focuses on executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Territory

Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on target accounts and markets
  • Support order analysis, contract reviews, and maintain documentation
  • Provide technical support and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Conduct customer visits and presentations
  • Prepare pricing analyses and operational sales planning
  • Negotiate pricing for new projects and customers
  • Perform market research and gather industry intelligence
  • Identify and develop new customers and channel partners (distributors, OEMs, integrators)
  • Accelerate growth through new partnerships and market coverage

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve annual booking and revenue targets
  • Establish new channel partners to drive funnel growth
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to internal and external needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within water treatment or membrane filtration
  • Proven ability to grow territory and build strong customer relationships
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce), and SAP
  • Ability to travel up to 35%
