Civil Engineer - Renewable Energy Projects
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Civil Engineer to join a team focused on Renewable Energy services. This role involves supporting Civil/Site design for Solar, Battery Energy Storage, and other renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, production, and implementation of Renewable Energy and Civil/Site development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility.
- Assist in developing preliminary site layouts.
- Create comprehensive solar designs, including site plans, structural drawings, and engineering calculations.
- Prepare site plan and construction document drawings for permitting and construction.
- Support the permitting application process.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members.
- Deliver high-quality design and technical solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- EIT or PE certification preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
