Job Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Vietnam's indirect sales market for applied water products.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to align with growth objectives.
- Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement, pipeline development, and closing deals.
- Hunter Mentality: Actively seek new customers and opportunities with persistence and adaptability.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and processes while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to regional leadership.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Applied Physics, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in industrial or commercial water solutions, pumps, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in indirect sales and channel management.
- Strong network and connections within Vietnam's water or industrial sectors.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
