Your Mission:
- Lead field personnel and oversee construction activities to ensure top-tier quality and service.
- Conduct forensic investigations and recommend actionable solutions using both destructive and non-destructive methods.
- Perform inspections and assessments of existing facilities, focusing on roofing and envelope performance.
- Build and manage project documentation and directories.
- Cultivate new client relationships while supporting existing ones across facility management and new construction.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive project success and team development.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in architectural/engineering consulting or construction, with a strong grasp of building envelope systems.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in construction environments, including ladder use, building access, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Comfortable using tools for investigative work (core cutters, utility knives, screw guns, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Credentials such as RRC, REWC, RWC, RRO, or REWO.
- Proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
