Salary: $125,000-$160,000 + Bonus
A well‑established engineering firm in Pasco is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead site development projects and mentor engineering staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering staff
- Manage civil site development projects across residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and industrial sectors
- Coordinate with clients, local jurisdictions, and internal teams
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical execution
- Support and grow client relationships
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Active P.E. license
- 10+ years civil site design (grading, utilities, stormwater, erosion control)
- 3+ years consulting experience with proven project management
- Experience with Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools
