About the Role:
We are actively seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a major hyperscale data center construction project in Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record managing electrical construction packages valued over $50M within the data center and mission-critical infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction on a hyperscale data center project, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Lead coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of electrical systems.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing electrical construction projects over $50M, specifically within data center or mission-critical environments.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and commissioning processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Oklahoma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- 10+ years of medium - high voltage construction experience
