Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute environmental investigations involving soil, groundwater, and soil vapor.
- Evaluate site findings and develop remediation strategies and corrective action plans.
- Manage technical and project-level responsibilities, including budget oversight, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Prepare high‑quality environmental documentation such as:
- UST closure reports
- Investigation and remediation reports
- Corrective action plans
- Quarterly environmental progress reports
- Contribute expertise in areas such as petroleum assessment/remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and state regulatory frameworks.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and clear communication to project teams and clients.
Qualifications
- 6+ years minimum of experience in environmental consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Professional credentials such as LPG (Indiana) or CHMM preferred, or ability to obtain within one year.
- Strong technical background with significant experience in UST and brownfield projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing regulatory and technical reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, maintain client satisfaction, and meet deadlines.
