Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 base salary annually + bonus

About the Role
The team is seeking a Senior Execution Engineer to support the technical delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects from late-stage development through construction and into commercial operations. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building clean energy infrastructure at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering oversight during the execution phase of solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Review and approve design packages, technical submittals, and construction drawings.
- Support contract negotiations and execution for EPC and equipment supply agreements.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues in collaboration with field teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil preferred); PE license is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project execution.
- Strong understanding of EPC processes, construction practices, and interconnection requirements.
- Experience with solar PV, wind, and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually.
- Annual bonus (guaranteed in the first year).
