We're working with a leading engineering firm seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead complex projects across Richmond, VA and Baltimore, MD.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical aspects of multi-disciplinary projects
- Perform geotechnical analyses and provide foundation recommendations
- Manage subsurface exploration programs and design efforts
- Collaborate with contractors on constructability and sequencing
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Support design/build efforts and work on-site when needed
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of geotechnical design experience
- PE license required
- Experience with load testing, slope stabilization, and foundation construction highly desired
- Design-build experience preferred
