In this role, you will lead a team of talented geotechnical engineers, oversee technical delivery on significant infrastructure and development projects, and cultivate strong client relationships. You'll work closely with our leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and firmwide growth. We want you to play a big role on our future.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience in consulting or applied practice
- Leadership and mentorship experience
- Strong business development abilities
- Proven success managing complex geotechnical projects
- Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills
- PE license in WA (or ability to obtain)
