Senior Industrial Network Engineer
Position Overview
We're looking for a seasoned professional to design and maintain secure network infrastructures for industrial environments. This role involves implementing robust communication systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring network security across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and configure secure network solutions for industrial systems.
- Install and maintain networking hardware and software, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Perform audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Document configurations and maintain accurate system records.
- Support internal network improvements and provide technical training to team members.
Qualifications
- Advanced networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in network security and industrial networking protocols.
- Experience with wireless infrastructure and network design.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation
Competitive salary $123K - $166K+ based on experience, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
