Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join the team in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large-scale data center construction projects. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining extensive site travel with work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all MEP construction activities across multiple data center projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and resolve MEP-related issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of MEP construction experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center construction.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites (Dallas-based role with hybrid flexibility).
