Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects or larger, complex projects. This role involves maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, participating in business development, and ensuring project standards of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition projects from the estimating phase to field execution.
  • Complete project close-out requirements and handle warranty callbacks.
  • Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on project execution.
  • Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure project success in terms of safety, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage billings and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and procurement.
  • Participate in estimating, cost control, and constructability reviews.
  • Engage in business development activities, including client relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and manage project costs.
  • Review and execute purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Understand and administer contract terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing construction projects, with knowledge of contract documents, materials, and scheduling systems.
  • A four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Perform physical activities such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Use electronic devices for communication.
  • Comply with safety standards and procedures.
