Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, particularly in the water and wastewater treatment sector. As a Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites in Charlotte and Raleigh.
- Oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
- Facilitate weekly and quarterly safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials, and equipment usage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
