About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities across Tennessee. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor quality control and ensure construction meets design specifications and standards.
- Mentor and lead field teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 5 years in water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel and work on-site across various locations in Tennessee.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with CMAR or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
