Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a growing service team in Houston. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose system performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Service and maintain RTUs, package units, split systems, air handlers, VAV systems, controls, pumps, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Accurately document service work, materials, labor hours, and recommendations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management.
- Identify equipment replacement opportunities and additional service needs.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service territory.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration circuits, and electrical diagnostics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Startup and commissioning experience
