- 太陽光発電所・蓄電池設備の土木設計・施工管理
- EPCや設計コンサル提出図面のレビュー、VE提案
- 現場での品質監督（杭打設、コンクリート、BESS基礎など）
- 許認可対応、自治体・近隣住民への技術説明
- 台湾本社との技術連携、グローバル標準のローカライズ
- 土木工学系の学士号以上
- 7年以上の土木設計・施工管理経験（大規模建設・インフラ・エネルギー案件）
- 一級または二級土木施工管理技士資格
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語または中国語での基本的な技術コミュニケーション
- 再エネ発電所（特に太陽光・BESS）の開発・建設経験
- 技術士（建設部門）、RCCM資格
- AutoCAD等の設計ソフト使用経験
- 再エネ分野で急成長中の企業でキャリアを築ける
- 大型案件に携わり、技術力と問題解決力を発揮できる
- グローバルチームとの連携による国際的な視点
