The company is seeking a Sr. Project Manager | Commercial Airport Construction to join the team. This role is critical to the successful completion of some of the firm's most important commercial projects in the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The ideal candidate will have a first-hand understanding of ground-up and renovation international aiport construction.
Key responsibilities of the Airport Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- Manage project lifecycle from preconstruction through delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including superintendents, and labor crews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and other project records.
Key requirements of the Airport Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- A strong track record in successful airport ground-up or renovation construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Constructware, P6, Timberline).
