The ideal candidate is a proactive structural engineer with experience designing a diverse range of building types, including commercial, educational, healthcare, residential, and industrial projects. Strong communication skills, self‑discipline, and adaptability are essential.
Basic Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
- Experience designing with steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
