What You'll Do
- Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing for a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
- Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures for new and existing buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver high-quality, coordinated structural drawings.
- Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop proposals and contribute to marketing/business development efforts.
- Work closely with other offices to complete multifaceted projects.
- Travel as needed for client and project requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
- Experience: 10-15 years in structural engineering, including steel, concrete, and masonry design.
- Familiarity with software such as RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, RamSS, Etabs, Enercalc.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Project management experience and/or certifications.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects and teams.
- Local industry relationships and AHJ experience are a plus.
