What You'll Be Doing
- Lead with impact: Manage all phases of restoration and forensic projects, from proposal to completion.
- Drive strategy: Support business development efforts and help grow the diagnostics practice.
- Investigate and innovate: Conduct field investigations, including non-destructive testing, and develop creative repair strategies.
- Design solutions: Prepare detailed repair drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure excellence: Oversee construction implementation, perform quality assurance, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
What You Bring to the Table
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in restoration and forensic engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license
- Strong command of building structural systems and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural design tools (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM)
- Comfortable working at heights and on suspended scaffolding
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
