Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Drive innovation across all assigned structural projects.
  • Participate in design team kickoff meetings and collaborative design charrettes.
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies and project planning.
  • Lead internal design reviews and QA/QC sessions.
  • Manage project communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Attend construction site visits requiring advanced engineering insight.
  • Oversee project closeouts and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
  • Guide engineers through complex design challenges and technical documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting relationship management.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating to the Principal-in-Charge (PIC) when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Support the development of client proposals and presentations.

Training & Development

  • Lead or participate in internal technical committees.
  • Develop and present internal training modules and "Lunch and Learn" sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical content and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.

Finance & Operations

  • Monitor team utilization and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Manage monthly invoicing and project financial projections.
  • Assist PICs with budget development and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
