About the Company
My client is a nationally recognized structural engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia. With offices across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast, and a team of 200-300 professionals, they operate collaboratively across state lines, sharing clients and projects nationwide.
While structural design remains their core, restoration is a growing and resilient part of the business-offering exciting cross-disciplinary opportunities and long-term stability in a volatile market.

- 5-10 years of structural restoration experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- EIT required; PE preferred or achievable within 1 year.
- Comfortable with heights and fieldwork (rope access or lift work).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and structural analysis software a plus.
