Survey Project Manager
Position Overview:
Join a growing Professional Surveying Team as a Professional Land Surveyor / Project Manager. You will manage diverse surveying projects for public and private clients, oversee project timelines and budgets, and collaborate closely with staff and clients. This role offers significant growth opportunities and requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a variety of surveys: boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, and transportation project plats.
- Prepare survey documents, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, and project proposals.
- Oversee data collection, QA/QC, and ensure compliance with survey standards.
- Collaborate with municipalities and participate in public meetings.
- Maintain project records and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center preferred.
- Experience with Trimble survey equipment and familiarity with LiDAR methods.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
