In this role, you'll be at the forefront of helping clients unlock value through climate-forward solutions-bridging business goals with environmental impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in sustainability consulting and solutions.
- Consult Strategically: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their ESG and decarbonization goals, and co-create tailored solutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sustainability strategists, data scientists, and product teams to deliver integrated offerings.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies to inform client conversations and solution design.
- Champion Impact: Represent our mission and values in every client interaction, helping shape a more sustainable future.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in sustainability, clean tech, ESG, or enterprise consulting.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD, SBTi), carbon markets, and climate tech.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mindset: Purpose-driven, innovative, and resilient-comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Values: Passion for sustainability, ethical leadership, and a collaborative spirit.
