About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team of leading electrical contractors. This is a traveling position overseeing large-scale projects across commercial, industrial, hospital, and data center environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations on complex projects.
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Interpret electrical plans, specifications, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Oversee scheduling, material procurement, and quality control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project managers on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a superintendent or leadership role.
- Projects: Proven track record on large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, or data center projects.
- Certifications: Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods.
