Valuation & Litigation Manager
We are searching for a Business Valuation Specialist to join a nationally recognized accounting practice, working directly under a Partner and supporting a seasoned testifying expert. This role offers hands‑on exposure to large, complex engagements and a clear path for mentorship and professional development.
Key Qualifications
- CPA preferred, not required
- Strong interest in pursuing one of the following credentials:
- CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst)
- ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation)
- ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser)
- Experience or strong familiarity with:
- Business Valuations
- Economic Damages
- Litigation Support
- Family Law matters
Responsibilities
- Perform business valuation analyses across a range of industries
- Support the Partner and testifying expert with case preparation and report development
- Assist with economic damages calculations and litigation support projects
- Develop analytical models, exhibits, and case‑support materials
- Participate in structured mentorship aimed toward earning valuation credentials
