Water Build Associate
Entry-Level Engineers:
- Support planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
- Conduct data analysis and hydraulic modeling
- Assist with cost estimation, permitting, and alternatives evaluation
- Prepare technical documentation including reports, plans, and specifications
- Participate in construction support activities and fieldwork
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project location
Mid to Senior-Level Engineers:
- Hold Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Lead or manage infrastructure projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposal development
- Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts
- Perform advanced modeling and technical analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering discipline
- PE license or EIT certification preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in standard office and engineering software
- Active participation in professional organizations is encouraged
