💰 Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000 base + Pathway to Ownership
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex environmental, stormwater, and wastewater projects for municipal clients across Ohio. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to ownership, offering the opportunity to shape infrastructure that directly benefits communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, from pursuit and proposal through execution and closeout
- Lead multi-discipline teams in the design and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and interviews
- Oversee the preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental/water resources consulting for municipal clients
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Strong background in conveyance, distribution, pumping, and treatment systems
- Proven ability to lead client meetings, develop persuasive proposals, and secure project wins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of environmental regulations and their application to client needs
