A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water treatment, wastewater treatment, and utility infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background managing complex municipal construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater projects from award through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and overall project performance
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent in heavy civil construction
- Experience with water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or utility infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience preferred
