Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of practical experience to join our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on conceptual designs for buildings, including floor plans, site planning, exterior aesthetics, and interior spaces.
- Translate client goals and programmatic requirements into thoughtful, functional design solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials and their application in architectural design.
- Prepare design presentations and documentation using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design integrity and alignment with project objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, and CAD software.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional license to practice architecture (or on track for licensure).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
