As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery-from planning and execution to client engagement and financial performance-while leading teams to deliver excellence on every front.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data center projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Safety & Compliance: Integrate and enforce the company's safety program across all project activities.
• Financial Management: Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies to meet profitability targets.
• Scheduling & Planning: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identify critical paths, and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Interpret contract language, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while leveraging opportunities for value creation.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex scopes.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; ability to interpret cost reports and productivity metrics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
