EMS Service Project Manager
Title: Service Project Manager (Low Voltage / Building Systems)
Salary: Up to $90,000 (DOE)
Summary:
A well-established contractor specializing in low voltage and building systems is seeking a Service Project Manager to support ongoing service operations and small projects in the Irving, TX area. This position will focus on managing maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting across energy management and building automation systems.
This is a great opportunity to step into a customer-facing role where you'll coordinate technical teams, oversee service delivery, and play a key part in maintaining system performance and client satisfaction.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Managing service-based projects including maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades
· Coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
· Overseeing troubleshooting of building systems and low voltage infrastructure
· Scheduling preventive maintenance and handling service requests/work orders
· Managing budgets, cost tracking, invoicing, and change orders
· Supporting commissioning, diagnostics, and system optimization
· Maintaining client relationships and providing project updates
· Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with relevant standards
The Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in project management or service operations within low voltage, BAS/BMS, or similar systems
· Strong understanding of building automation, controls, or energy management systems
· Ability to read electrical drawings and control diagrams
· Experience coordinating field teams and client-facing projects
· Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge (relays, contactors, etc.)
