Job Title: Industrial Water and Wastewater Project Manager
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid)

Overview:
A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in industrial water and wastewater treatment. This role involves managing projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients, and leading technical design and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead water/wastewater projects from planning through construction.
Collaborate with clients to gather operational data and define project scope.
Evaluate data, identify treatment technologies, and develop hydraulic calculations and engineering reports.
Prepare design drawings, specifications, and secure permits from regulatory agencies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple office locations.
Mentor junior staff and oversee project execution during construction.
Support business development through client engagement, proposal writing, and fee development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater process design and project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD, BIM, and Revit is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
