About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Field Service Specialist with deep expertise in Tridium Niagara or Distech Controls systems. This fully remote role requires someone who can program building automation systems (BAS) from the ground up, including logic, graphics, and integration with third-party systems. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient smart building solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop BAS programs from scratch using Tridium Niagara or Distech EC-Net platforms.
Configure and commission controllers, I/O modules, and networked devices remotely.
Develop custom control logic, graphics, alarms, and schedules tailored to client requirements.
Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other protocols.
Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical support to clients and field teams.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of programming, configurations, and system architecture.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in smart building technologies and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience programming Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) or Distech EC-Net systems from scratch.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control sequences, and energy management.
Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation protocols.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

Niagara 4 Certification or Distech EC-Net Certification.
Experience with remote commissioning tools and secure VPN access.
Familiarity with cloud-based BAS platforms and IoT integration.
Experience with scripting or logic block programming.
