Role Overview

The Restoration Project Manager will lead restoration, reconstruction, and building envelope repair projects from initial planning through project closeout. This position requires deep technical understanding of façade systems, waterproofing, structural repair, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead restoration projects, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and support field operations.
  • Provide technical problem‑solving related to masonry, concrete, waterproofing, and façade restoration.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction; restoration or building envelope experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, façade repair, structural restoration, and material performance.
  • Familiarity with forensic or litigation‑related construction processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • OSHA certification and PMP credential preferred.
