Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with an engineering background and solid understanding of flow concepts. You will manage and grow an established revenue portfolio, provide technical solutions to clients, and work independently in a customer‑facing environment. Full product training is provided, but initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work unsupervised are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing sales portfolio (approx. SGD 3M).
  • Recommend pump and flow‑system solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and act as the key client contact.
  • Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with internal engineering teams.
  • Build long‑term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving product lines and new technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred; open to more senior candidates.
  • Strong understanding of flow concepts and hands‑on technical aptitude.
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and revenue targets.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
