As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse civil engineering projects, manage client relationships, and help shape the future of our Knoxville office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects including stormwater, grading, and roadway design.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain client relationships; leverage local connections to bring in new work.
- Mentor and train younger engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and business development.
- Provide input on company processes and contribute to shaping office operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- 8+ years of experience in Civil engineering field and stormwater projects.
- Strong local network and ability to generate new business.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with regional permitting and stormwater regulations.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
